Multiple devices consumption

In this guide you will learn how to use the Multiple devices consumption analysis in the Leanheat® Monitor analytics tab.

Multiple devices consumption lets you analyze and compare the consumption patterns of several devices over the same period, for example to optimize resource usage or to identify high-consumption units. The comparison is available for devices with cumulative energy or volume meters.

Setting up the comparison

1. Open the Analytics tab and select Multiple devices consumption.
2. Select the devices to compare from the menu on the left hand side, up to 10 devices. Only devices with consumption meters are available for selection, and you can use your existing device filters here.
3. Select the meter value to compare (one energy or volume meter per comparison).

Reading the graph

The consumption is shown as a column graph with one color per device. Use the buttons under the graph to switch the resolution between Day, Week, Month and Year, and the arrows to step to the previous or next period. You can also switch to a box plot view to see the statistical distribution of the readings.

Summary statistics

Below the graph, the summary statistics table lists the Min, Max, Median and Total consumption for each device in the selected period.

The graph, including the statistics, can be exported as a PDF via the export button on the right side of the graph.
