In this guide you will learn how to manage and create new users and how to add guests to your tenant in Leanheat Monitor.
Creating a new user
To manage or create a new user navigate to the "Admin" tab and click "User management" in the second row.
From this view you can manage existing users by changing assigned devices to the user, their role or their passwords.
To create a new user click "New" in the top left corner. Enter the email of the user and their password. In the next step select the user's role. Here you can also compare different roles between each other by pressing "Compare all roles" located to the right of the user's role selection. In the final step assign devices to the user.
Inviting a guest
Guests are users that are already tied to a Leanheat® Monitor tenant. Guests can have access to multiple tenants and switch between them. An example of a guest is a technician that is not tied to just one tenant/company or a Danfoss technician.
To invite a guest to your tenant select "Guests" on the left hand side of the screen under the "User management" tab. In the top left corner click the "Invite" button. Enter the email of the guest and their password. In the next step select the guest's role. Here you can also compare different roles between each other by pressing "Compare all roles" located to the right of the guest's role selection. In the final step assign devices to the guest.
