Device details

In this guide you will learn how to edit and view device details in Leanheat Monitor.

To edit device details navigate to the "Devices" tab, select a device from the list and select the "Details" tab (the third tab from the right, above the flow diagram).

Here you can add/edit device description, device tags, owner information, device notes, application example and device location. When you finish editing device details click "Save".

• Device description - description by which the device is identified in the "Devices" tab
• Device tags - tags which can be common among multiple devices and are used to create filters
• Application example - some ECL applications have multiple examples to choose from
• Controller ID - ID assigned to the controller which can be used in reports
• Notes - custom notes added to the device
• Owner contact information - name, surname, email, telephone number
• Device location - location is used to display devices on the map widget and map overview
