In this article you will learn what are dashboards, how to create and edit them them in Leanheat Monitor.
Dashboard is the landing page of Leanheat Monitor. Dashboard is comprised of widgets. The user can place different widgets on the dashboard that will display key system information.
To create a dashboard navigate to the "Dashboard" tab and in the top row click "+". Give the new dashboard a name and choose if you want it to be a "Public dashboard" (available to every user on the tenant) or a "Private dashboard" (only available to select users).
To add widgets to the new dashboard click "Add a widget" in the middle of the dashboard when you have the new dashboard selected. The widgets appear on the right hand side of the screen. To add them to the dashboard drag and drop them in.
To edit a widget click the pen icon in the top right corner of the widget. To remove a widget click the bin icon next to the pen icon. The widgets can be freely moved around and you can change the size of each individual widgets by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner of the widget.
If you would like to add more users to a private dashboard firstly select the dashboard then click "Share" in the top right corner of the dashboard. A menu will open on the right hand side of the screen. Under the "Collaborators list" you can search for existing users on the tenant and add them to the dashboard.
To apply changes when editing a dashboard click "Apply" at the top of the dashboard or "Discard" if you do not want to save the changes made.
As an administrator you can also view and change all the dashboards in the tenant by navigating to the "Admin" tab and selecting "Dashboards" in the top menu. Here you can edit or delete existing dashboards.
