Listed below are the release notes for 18.10.2022.

• Commissioning report for third party Modbus devices - Commissioning report can now also be generated for third party Modbus devices. Please refer to this article Device settings and commissioning report on how to generate a commissioning report.

• Alarm rule improvement - When configuring an alarm that is based on a digital sensor, you no longer need to enter a numerical threshold, instead we have added a simple menu for selecting either an open or closed state as a trigger.

• External API v2 - Changes to the External API v2:
  • Find Subjects: Retrieves the subjects (sensors, meters, meters connected in gateway mode, configurable inputs and virtual sensors) that can be read from a device.
  • Get Latest Data: Retrieves the latest processed value for several subjects from several devices. All kind of subject data can be retrieved (sensors, all kinds of meters, virtual sensors and configurable inputs).
  • Get Series Data: Retrieves raw readout data for certain period of time for several subjects from several devices. Data is addressed by subject name, therefore, all kind of subject data can be retrieved (sensors, all kinds of meters, virtual sensors and configurable inputs).
  • Read Live Data (ECL): Reads data directly from the device, in this case an ECL. Live data (subject values) that can be directly read from a device: standard sensors, device-connected meters and configurable inputs.
  • Read Live Data (Modbus): Reads data directly from the device, in this case a Modbus-connected device. Live data (subject values) that can be directly read from a device: standard sensors and device-connected meters.
  • Write Data (ECL): Attempts to write a piece of data to a device, in this case an ECL. Write operations will only be performed over devices that are connected.
  • Write Data (Modbus): Attempts to write a piece of data to a device, in this case a Modbus-connected device. Write operations will only be performed over devices that are connected. If a device is not reachable, the operation will not be performed.
  • Alarms: Retrieves all unresolved alarms for all devices
  • Device Alarms: Retrieves unresolved alarms for the specified device
