Standard report

In this guide you will learn how to create a Standard report in Leanheat Monitor.

Standard report exports data for a selected time period. One value is displayed per column per device for the selected time period.

To create a new standard report navigate to the "Reports" tab and in the upper left corner click "New" and then select "Standard".

Enter the name of your report and optional description and click "Next" in the bottom right of the report creation window.

Select the time period from which the data will be derived from and the timezone of the report.

In the third step select the devices which you want to include in the report, here you can use the filters you created to help with device selection.

In the fourth step create the columns you would like to have in your report. Each column represents one value from the controller. Once you select the value which will be displayed in the column the title of the column will be automatically filled in in the language you are currently using Leanheat Monitor in. The column title can also be manually changed. "Operation" defines which data from the time period will be taken. For example operation "First" will take the first value from the time period specified earlier, operation "Last" will take the last value from the time period and "Delta" will show the change of the value in the time period.

In the last step of report creation you must specify the file name and you can change separators, file type, encoding and date formats.
